I just came back from watching harry potter. a while back i watched the 3rd one on tv and it looked so childish. i thought i've grown up and was afraid that i might find this new one childish too, but fortunately it's quite good. I didnt expect luna lovegood to be pretty! she gets annoying after awhile though. i must say the acting still sucks (referring to the students. the grown ups were good) but i didnt have high expectation in that aspect anyway. all in all, not bad. watchable.
speaking of harry potter, i bought the book. yes the new one. no i did not line up from 3am to buy it on the 1st day. isnt very gripping so i still havent finished reading it yet. no its not bad, harry potter has always been more than good, this one is just not good to the point of being excellent. i've also bought to kill a mockingbird and the hobbit in melbourne and borrowed the latest artemis fowl from chean yeaw and the 2nd and 3rd book of the tawny man trilogy (robin hobb) from my housemate. therefore, i have decided to become a nerd and do nothing after class but read and play computer games. did i mention that i started playing harvest moon? it's something like the sims, but u only control a person who is a farmer and you run your farm. you can also court 5 ladies from the next town. so fun right?

I actually bought stealer of souls in melbourne too. so many books to read, so few hours in a day!
